The Feel Good Factor (FGF) aims to improve the health of people in the City of Leeds through improved access to opportunities for healthy living and promotion of physical and mental well being.
Feel Good Factor is one of seven Healthy Living Centres in Leeds and offers a variety of services and activities to the communities of North East and East Leeds with an emphasis on BME (Black & Minority Ethnic) communities but not solely so.
Feel Good Factor was established as an organisation in 2003 after successfully securing £1million funding over a 5 year period from the Big Lottery and the t
hen North East Primary Care Trust. This funding enabled Feel Good Factor to provide and develop a range of Healthy Living activities and initiatives for the residents of Chapeltown and Harehills through our main themes.
